Quotation
- When requesting a rate, a quotation is issued based on the requested dates and subject to availability (please note that a quotation is not a reservation).
- The quotation is valid for 1 month when the dates are more than 3 months away. It is valid for 15 days when the dates are between 3 months and 1 month away. It is valid for 2 days when the dates are less than 1 month away.
- Any request to modify a quotation that has not been confirmed by payment may result in changes to the rates or discounts, and the applicable rates will automatically apply.
Booking policy
- During your booking on our website or directly by email at info@farearana.com, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the entire sum of your booking price (not including the tourist tax: 60 XPF per person and per day from age 12 onwards) will be asked.
- No reservation will be validated over a phone call or text message. All reservation requests must be made via the official email: info@farearana.com and will be validated once payment of the deposit has been received, by secure OSB or transfer to our bank account (with proof of transfer).
- The remainder is payable on arrival.
- The discounts that were offered at a given time during a fair, a facebook discount campaign, or other advertising medium, for a stay at specific dates, are only valid for this specific stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policy.
- Until 30 days before arrival (midnight local time): possibility of postponing** the stay to a later date (valid for 1 year) or free cancellation and refund of 30% (or amounts paid) excluding applicable fees*.
- Below 30 days and up to 15 days before arrival (midnight local time): possibility of postponing** the stay for up to 1 year or reimbursement of 50% of the deposit paid excluding applicable fees*.
- less than 15 days until the day of arrival: possibility of postponing** the stay for up to 1 year. However, no refunds possible.
* Applicable fees:
- Refund of the deposit by transfer: in the event of reimbursement within the deadlines set out in the cancellation conditions, incompressible local administrative and banking fees will automatically apply up to 2,800 F.
- Refund of the deposit via secure OSB link: no bank charges in the event of cancellation within the deadlines previously explained.
** Stay postponement:
- The deposit paid for a stay cancelled under the conditions outlined above will be converted into a non-transferable credit issued in the guest’s name. This credit cannot be transferred to another person
Deferral of a discounted stay
if a promotional stay is rescheduled, no matter the reason, discounted rates do not apply anymore but the amount already payed is kept as credit and the amount left to pay, at the normal rate, will be payed upon arrival.Payment methods
We accept cash (Pacific Franc) and credit cards (except for American Express).We do not accept other currencies (euros, dollars...) or cheques.
