Booking policy
- -During your booking on our website or directly by email at info@farearana.com, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the entire sum of your booking price (not including the tourist tax: 60 XPF per person and per day from age 12 onwards) will be asked.
- The remainder is payable on arrival.
- The discounts that were offered at a given time during a fair, a facebook discount campaign, or other advertising medium, for a stay at specific dates, are only valid for this specific stay.
- Special resident rate for accommodation and some activities, please consult us.
Cancellation policy.
The deposit is non refundable, but for the sake of good business, a deferral is possible under certain conditions:- Cancellation 16 days and more before the starting date of your stay: a deferral valid for one year is possible for a later stay (in one go). The one year referral is valid from the date of the first day of the original stay. In that case, for the new stay, the normal rate applies and the deposit of the previous stay is deducted from the amount.
- Cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the starting date of your stay: a deferral is possible in the next 3 months starting from the first day of your initial stay with the same conditions as stated above.
- Cancellation between 7 days and less, no refund and no deferral possible.
Deferral of a discounted stay
